Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport

Where do I start!!The employees hospitality was amazing. Hector and Diego were the best and SO accommodating. They were professional and easy to speak with. They made us feel heard and appreciated. Seriously, I have never had a better experience with any guest services like this before!! There was another manager who was also great. The Marriott is lucky to have them all!

Guest service/front desk very professional. Restaurant food delicious, thanks Anna. Very convenient to one of the best diners - "Dontee's" in the area. Close to airport and downtown. Spoke with manager and feedback was positive. Will be renovating in the near future. A upgrade will be welcoming, even if the location is close to the I-95, the noise can be tolerated.

I'm staying here 2 nights because I am moving out of FL and back to New England. My flight is early out of the airport. I picked up this hotel because I recently stayed at a Marriott and was convinced to join their bonvoy program. It turns out my senior discount was better. If I had known this in advance, I probably would have stayed elsewhere because this place is very pricey. But it is very beautiful, clean and the service and staff excellent. I ended up eating at the little cafe, and there isn't much for a vegan or gluten-free, but in the morning, wonderful Monique made oatmeal special after hours for me. The dinner the night before got a bit messed up and was extremely expensive, too, and much of it got tossed out, which I felt awful about. Tyrone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, too. Not every room has a microwave, so ask if you want one. If you want a little nicer place and are willing to pay a bit more, then I highly recommend this Marriott.

Second time we’ve stayed here for work. Actually had a decent room, not like last time when we checked out the next day because the rooms were so bad! The staff is always really good here and the breakfast at the bistro bar is delicious.

Hector at the reception desk is an absolute star. He deserves so much credit. He was personable, kind, and very thoughtful. He remembered my husband and I mentioned we were going to a music festival and he asked us about it the next day. We asked him for pool towels and he thoughtfully added a couple water bottles for us “to stay hydrated”. He’s just so talented at customer service interactions. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful and very sweet. Daisy from housekeeping made us feel very cared for.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was expected wear and tear in a few spots but nothing concerning. However, the excellent customer service provided by Tyrone and Trish (and coffee shop guy-didn't get his name) was above and beyond!! We had several requests as my dad traveling with me is disabled and all of these employees were kind, quick to accommodate and provided us with the best service I've ever received while traveling for son's baseball. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable at your hotel!!

First things first, the reviews discouraged me, but the rates were good and I needed a room in WPB. We arrived and were warmly welcomed - like sincerely, genuinely welcomed. That was nice. The room was clean, sheets were crisp and the fridge was cold. The room backed up to the expressway, but meh, who cares? I'm there to chill or sleep, so I didn't really care about the view and it wasn't that loud. I will say the bathrooms could be updated but the water pressure was awesome and the hot water was HOT! The upholstery on the side chair DID desperately need cleaning, but I didn't sit on it, so . . . I got a great café latte from the bistro and checkout was a breeze.
